○ Financial Supervisory Service Vice Governor's case under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (Bribery)

• Defended the Financial Supervisory Service Vice Governor in a bribery case involving KRW 200 million, who was arrested by the prosecution in connection with the so-called 'Kim Heung-ju Gate,' and was acquitted in all three instances from the first trial to the Supreme Court.

○ Sejoong Group Chairman's case involving violations of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (Arranging Bribes), the Capital Markets Act, etc.

• Handled the arrest warrant request for the Sejoong Group Chairman in connection with the so-called 'Park Yeon-cha Gate,' successfully having the warrant dismissed. Subsequently defended the client from the first trial to the Supreme Court, resulting in acquittal on most charges.

○ 000 Bank's case involving a KRW 1.2 trillion cash-futures linked market manipulation in violation of the Capital Markets Act

• Defended the managing director of 000 Securities in a KRW 1.2 trillion index arbitrage cash-futures linked market manipulation case arising from the so-called 'Option Shock Incident.' The client was fully acquitted in the second trial, and the case is currently pending before the Supreme Court.

○ Dae Sun Distilling's case involving a KRW 360 billion violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes (related to LBO)

• Defended the client in a KRW 360 billion LBO breach of trust case during the Dae Sun Distilling M&A process, from the first trial to the Supreme Court, resulting in a full acquittal.

○ Kolon Life Science's case involving violations of the Capital Markets Act

• Defended the management of Kolon Life Science in a case involving violations of the Capital Markets Act, etc., related to the so-called 'Invossa Incident,' from the prosecution's investigation stage. The case is currently pending in the first trial.

○ Criminal complaint case against SK Inc. regarding 000 Golf Course for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes (Breach of Trust)

• Represented SK Inc. in filing a criminal complaint for breach of trust and embezzlement amounting to tens of billions of KRW related to 000 Golf Course, leading to the prosecution's indictment of the opposing party.

○ Taihan Electric Wire Vice Chairman's case involving a KRW 20 billion violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes (Breach of Trust)

• The Vice Chairman of Taihan Electric Wire was sentenced to prison in the first and second trials for breach of trust in the course of business amounting to KRW 20 billion (handled by other counsel). Defended the client before the Supreme Court, which resulted in the case being overturned and remanded for a full acquittal.

○ KRW 50 billion claim for restitution of unjust enrichment against Lotte E&C

• Represented the client in a claim for restitution of unjust enrichment amounting to KRW 50 billion against Lotte E&C, and won the case in full in the first trial.

○ KRW 15 billion embezzlement case related to a commercial building at Hongdae Intersection

• Defended the CEO of a real estate development company against allegations of embezzling KRW 15 billion in connection with a commercial building, resulting in all charges being dropped at the prosecution's investigation stage.
